Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist-En

This role entails managing and enhancing customer security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. It involves adhering to Defense security regulatory requirements, developing security policies meeting business objectives, conducting regular risk assessments, and implementing controls to safeguard customer digital assets.

  • Develop and enforce security standards and frameworks as per regulatory needs.
  • Perform routine security audits.
  • Identify cyber security risks and implement security measures.
  • Vulnerability Management and Threat Detection.
  • Security Event log monitoring.
  • Maintain Cyber Security Assessment and Authorization (Accreditation) documentation suite.
  • Evaluate security control effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in cyber security or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber security risk management, policy development, and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of security audit, documentation development, vulnerability management, and security event monitoring.
  • Industry certifications like CISA, ISO Lead Implementer / auditor or similar are desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.

Security Requirements:
