Cyber Security Expert

The position of Cyber Security Expert involves leading the development of teaching and research programs in Cyber Security, focusing on Management and Humanities.
A successful candidate will hold a PhD in a relevant discipline and possess relevant teaching experience. They should also demonstrate currency within the discipline through research output, professional development or industry experience.
This role reports to the Head of Canberra School of Professional Studies and entails leadership in building collegiality and engagement within and outside the organisation. The successful candidate will contribute to the profession or discipline through academic society roles, governance, editing, refereeing, or evaluating research.
Candidates will be working with colleagues from various disciplines, including Business, Social Sciences, Law, Governance, Public Policy, Ethics, and other human-centered domains of Cyber Security.
Key responsibilities include developing teaching and research programs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the advancement of Cyber Security knowledge.
Suitable candidates will have expertise in Cyber Security, teaching experience, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
