About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsible Gaming Team Lead to join our team at Easygo in Melbourne. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulations and best practices related to responsible gaming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of responsible gaming analysts to ensure the effective implementation of responsible gaming policies and procedures.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure that the team meets its key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and success.
  • Conduct quality assessment reviews on responsible gaming analysts to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis to ensure they are equipped to handle responsible gaming-related tasks.
  • Conduct performance reviews and individual coaching to ensure continuous improvement and growth within the team.
  • Escalate and resolve responsible gaming-related queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor exception reporting and ensure that all responsible gaming-related tasks are signed off by the relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote responsible gaming initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a responsible gaming leadership or coaching role.
  • Experience working in regulated markets is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written (second language advantageous).
