Compliance Specialist for Investor Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and investigate customer accounts for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) compliance.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence on customers, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), sanctions screening, and customer risk assessments.
- Prepare and submit Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) to relevant authorities.
- Identify and report on tax residency of account holders in accordance with global standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC rules and regulations as per AUSTRAC guidelines.
- Experience working with funds, trusts, and corporate structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
