Investor Onboarding Specialist

This role is crucial to our business, focusing on the seamless integration of investors into our client funds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and verifying that all investor requirements are met, in accordance with AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA, and DDO regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer accounts, ensuring adherence to AML/KYC standards
  • Perform due diligence reviews by gathering information from public sources, source tools, and customers
  • Monitor customer transactions and identify potential suspicious activity
  • Prepare and submit Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC operational due diligence or compliance roles
  • Proven expertise in onboarding investors, specifically with regards to CRS/FATCA and DDO within unit registry/transfer agency
