Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for shareholders on transactions, such as takeovers and Schemes of Arrangement.
  • Conduct thorough valuations of businesses, intangibles, and derivatives, utilizing research and analysis to inform client strategies.
  • Lead due diligence engagements, delivering in-depth analysis of company information and financial statements.
  • Develop and review integrated financial models for clients, providing actionable insights to support business growth.
  • Utilize industry tools, such as CapitalIQ and Bloomberg, to conduct research and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a strong educational background, preferably with a tertiary qualification and postgraduate studies. Experience in a similar position within a mid-tier or large Chartered environment is highly desirable.
