About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Seven West Media. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist who is passionate about marketing and customer engagement. You will have a strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
