About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team at CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM data and marketing automation tools
  • Oversee the management and optimization of CRM tools and systems, including Braze and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience
