About the Role

  • Design and implement seamless user journeys
  • Analyse performance metrics to refine and improve future performance
  • Stay user-focused, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in CRM within a data-first business environment
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Experience using marketing cloud systems
  • Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, and SQL is an advantage
  • High level of logical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for innovation and creativity
  • Love for numbers and interpreting analytics to make informed decisions
