Position Available: Strategic Institute Leader

The Waite Research Institute is seeking an experienced leader to drive its strategic direction.

As the key liaison between stakeholders and clients, you will oversee the operational aspects of the institute, including financial management, contract management, project management, HR, OHSW, and compliance with university policies.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to coordinate major research programs. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role;
  • Proven track record of success in driving organizational change and growth.
