The Institute sits within a research organization, bringing together leading groups across various faculties with a focus on Agriculture, Food, and Wine.

  • Contribute to developing the strategic direction of the Institute.
  • Coordinate delivery of major research programs.

The position is responsible for operational aspects including financial management, contract management, project management, HR, OHSW, and compliance with policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the Institute's strategic plan to achieve its goals.
  2. Program Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of major research programs, ensuring timely completion and quality outputs.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing stakeholders and clients, internal and external, to build strong relationships and secure funding.
  4. Operational Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the Institute, including financial management, contract management, project management, HR, OHSW, and compliance with policies.
