About our Role:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Stockroom Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels, ensure accuracy and integrity of records and efficiently flow merchandise from the storeroom to the sales floor
  • Unpack, label and organize merchandise in a timely manner
  • Process incoming deliveries, verifying items and quantities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by upholding all Occupational Health and Safety standards
  • Utilize inventory management software and point-of-sale systems

About You:

  • Have 2-3 years of retail stockroom experience
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
  • Possess a valid LF forklift license (preferred)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using technology to manage stock and process transactions
