Job Description

Adidas is seeking a skilled Stockroom Specialist to join its team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess experience in stockroom operations and logistics, with a strong focus on inventory management and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager and assistant manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom. This includes:

  • Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor services to provide a premium factory outlet experience.
  • Providing feedback to the store management team on required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs.
  • Representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the store manager and assistant manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient stockroom.
  2. Support the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor services.
  3. Provide feedback to the store management team on required resources within the store.
  4. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in retail team leadership, preferably in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Knowledge of stockroom procedures and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
