Job Summary

The Stockroom Specialist role presents a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our dynamic team.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can provide support for day-to-day stockroom operations, delivering a premium consumer experience.

  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with logistics, inventory management, and stock to floor service.
  • Support store management by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs.
  • Represent the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Drive compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit targets while supporting store management in delivering a world-class Factory Outlet experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving all Stockroom Operational needs.
  2. Providing feedback on required resources within the store.
  3. Representing the adidas brand and company values.
  4. Driving compliance with Global Retail operational directives.
  5. Meeting or exceed sales and profit targets.
