Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to support our day-to-day stockroom operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service delivery to provide a premium factory outlet experience.

  • Coordinate with store teams to maintain accurate inventory levels and facilitate efficient stock movements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address operational gaps, implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Represent the brand in an inspiring and impactful way, showcasing products and promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store back of house.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in retail team leadership, particularly in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day stockroom operations, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining product displays.
  2. Provide input on required resources to achieve Stockroom Operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales growth, meet targets, and achieve business objectives.
