We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our retail team in ensuring product availability, providing timely stock updates, and maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.

This role will involve working in two locations: our head office and our warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Packing and recording customer orders for delivery
  • Arranging inter-store transfers and processing product returns
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries (including lifting up to 25kg)
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Ensuring the warehouse and stockrooms are kept clean, tidy and well-organized
  • Assisting with stocktakes

The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or stock handling environment involving operating a walk-behind forklift, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.

A team-oriented mindset, ability to work efficiently and productively with limited supervision, and basic skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets are also essential.

Familiarity with Magento and StarShipIT is highly desirable but not required.
