Our company is a leading manufacturer of windows and doors with over 50 years of experience in quality, innovation, and design.

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to join our National Commercial Estimation Hub located on the Gold Coast.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the commercial building industry, including building specifications, construction drawings, and architectural plans. They will be skilled in using V6 software and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret building plans for tender preparation
  • Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for customers
  • Enter site measurement data into V6 software
  • Convert quotes into orders

The successful applicant will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working within a collaborative team environment. They will be pragmatic in their approach to providing exceptional customer service and appreciate the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.



Requirements:
  • Commercial estimating or estimating experience is essential
  • V6 software proficiency is required
  • Drafting knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and architectural drawings
