We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our audit planning and governance functions. As a key member of our Group Audit and Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management, controls, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for audit activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate key processes, including annual audit planning, quarterly business reviews, and plan change impact analysis.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish business commitments and outcomes, and track progress against committed objectives.
  • Prepare management reporting, including performance and status monitoring, and demonstrate exceptional written communication skills.
  • Oversee the content and quality of data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement, facilitating retros and prioritized improvement plans, and support the implementation of audit tooling.
Requirements
  • Experience in driving strategy, planning, and prioritization, and advanced resource management.
  • Advanced project and/or portfolio management skills, including Agile and other approaches.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in internal audit and risk management, preferably working for a global financial services company.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective decision making and engage senior stakeholders.
