About Us

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a People and Culture Advisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and making a tangible impact on our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, providing expert support and guidance.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with managers, delivering coaching and training on performance management processes, goal setting, and performance reviews.
    • Ensure seamless execution of quarterly and annual performance development processes, guaranteeing timely completion of reviews.
    • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies, staying abreast of legislative changes and implementing necessary updates across the organization.
    • Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives, participating in selection processes, conducting interviews when required, and coordinating comprehensive inductions for new starters.
    • Drive key HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, talent management, diversity and inclusion projects, and sustainability efforts.
    • Maintain accurate HR data and records in our HR system, preparing regular reports and ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
    • Oversee Work Health and Safety responsibilities, ensuring all legal obligations are met, WHS policies are current, training requirements are fulfilled, and our organization is prepared for audits.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a People and Culture or HR advisory capacity, along with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. Strong relationship-building skills are essential.
