Job Title: Culture Ambassador

We are seeking an ambitious and energised individual to partner with our business, leading proactive projects across Sales & Finance teams.

This exciting role will see you working with leaders nationally across key Radio Stations, getting first-hand experience of live and local Talk Radio. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and lead the end-to-end delivery of People Initiatives, including Learning & Development programs for Finance & Sales.

Reporting into a senior leader, this varied role will see you supporting great leaders to deliver business strategy, help build capability, and drive business outcomes through people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with leaders to influence, advise, coach, and provide guidance on all things people-related.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver and implement people initiatives.
  • Gathering and analysing data to inform decisions and provide insights into Business Unit People Plans.
  • Developing and executing Learning & Development programs across Sales & Finance, including creation of learning content and end-to-end delivery.
  • Supporting the roll-out of proactive people initiatives, including rewards and recognition, development plans, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Working with other business partners to develop and implement innovative people strategies that attract, develop, and retain key talent.
  • Supporting company-wide initiatives, including Health & Wellbeing, Leadership Development, Employee Experience, Diversity and Inclusion, and embedding Purpose, Values & Vision.

Qualifications:

  • A few years' experience in a similar role, with exposure to ER/Case Management and generalist HR, as well as end-to-end delivery of proactive people initiatives.
  • The opportunity is suitable for someone looking to be developed and mentored as they grow into a broader P&C Business Partner role.
