Contract Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Administrator to join our team in Gold Coast, working on large-scale multi-residential developments.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team with a strong pipeline of future projects. You will work closely with the procurement team and engage with internal project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator on commercial or multi-residential projects, valued at least $50M. They should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience managing subcontractors.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules. They will assist with progress claims and external variations, review and finalize subcontracts, and manage and track project expenditure.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator on commercial or multi-residential projects.
  • Experience working on projects valued at least $50M.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, including programming, supervision, and contracts administration.
