Job Title:

Transport Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

The Transport Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing safe, reliable and inclusive bus transport services to support our workforce and community. This role will ensure compliance with safety management systems and lead teams in bus operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage bus operations to deliver key stakeholder requirements within set timelines
  • Provide safety leadership to ensure compliance with safety management systems
  • Support Aviation and Facilities Management Supervisors in busing operations
  • Plan shutdown bus services and monitor performance of bus business partners
  • Complete Airport Reporting Officer duties on rostered schedule, including working late shifts where required
  • Manage cost and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish productive relationships with contracting partners and customers
  • Conduct regular review of Business As Usual Schedule and Utilisation reports
What We're Looking For:
  • Able to work in dynamic team environments and autonomously
  • Previous experience in managing contractor execution teams
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to influence and mentor others in HSEC principles
  • Competent in MS office systems and have a valid manual driver's licence
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to develop knowledge of Airport Reporting Officer training
