Safe Transportation Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Manager to join our team at Olympic Dam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and inclusive bus transport services to support our workforce and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the delivery of bus transport services at Olympic Dam, ensuring compliance with safety management systems.
- Develop and implement plans for shutdown bus services to meet key stakeholder requirements.
- Monitor the performance of bus business partners to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- You have experience in managing contractor execution teams and excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- You possess a valid manual driver's licence and are willing to develop knowledge of Airport Reporting Officer (ARO) training.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work in dynamic team environments and autonomously.
