This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a career with a trusted mutual bank. We are seeking a highly motivated and numerate individual to join our team as a Personal Banker.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, providing a seamless end-to-end banking experience. This will involve servicing everyday banking needs, such as inquiries and processing applications for savings accounts, insurances, personal loans, and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with members
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
  • Referring mortgage inquiries to our mortgage specialists
  • Creating meaningful conversations with members by building relationships and educating them on digital banking solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in the retail banking sector is preferred, with Tier 2 accreditation. The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills and be proficient in using digital banking tools.
