
Family Violence Specialist

This role involves leading and supporting a clinical team, providing service navigation, cultural, and disability expertise services to adolescents experiencing family violence.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and partner with the clinical team to monitor performance and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Manage complex cases, conduct assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with young people, families, and care teams.
- Refer programs through intake consultations and provide face-to-face services across the region.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a Health or Welfare field is essential, along with experience working with the family violence sector, including knowledge of MARAM and Safe and Together.
- Understanding of diverse family dynamics, including CALD or disability needs, is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other agencies and stakeholders is crucial.
This role requires a strong understanding of adolescent mental health, experience working with families experiencing family violence, and the ability to work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders.
