Operations Transformation Lead

Team Global Express seeks a dynamic leader to drive domestic operations across Australia, overseeing management of metro depots and regional delivery networks.


This leadership role is pivotal to our business transformation and customer service strategy. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of Branch and Regional Managers and oversee the efficient delivery of our Priority network operations.


Strategic thinking, strong operational acumen, and people-first leadership approach are essential for this role. You will be accountable for the performance of all domestic operations across multiple depots and regions, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

About You

You are a visionary leader with a passion for operational excellence and commercial acumen. You're someone who can inspire and deliver – comfortable making tough decisions, optimising performance, and driving cultural change across dispersed teams.



Qualifications & Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in operations.
  • Deep knowledge of Australian logistics networks, depot operations, and linehaul/PUD performance metrics.
  • Industrial relations and workforce planning experience in a unionised environment.
  • Proven ability to lead national operations and depot networks in a logistics environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
  • Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear understanding of OHS compliance, safety systems, and risk management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation and change leadership.
