Domestic Operations Leader

This is a pivotal leadership role in domestic operations across Australia, with end-to-end responsibility for managing metro depots and regional delivery networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency, overseeing multimillion-dollar operational budgets, ensuring compliance with OHS regulations and risk management frameworks, and leading geographically dispersed teams to drive cultural change.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
- Deep knowledge of Australian logistics networks, depot operations, and linehaul/PUD performance metrics.
