Operations Director Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our domestic operations across Australia. This national leadership position is pivotal to our business transformation and customer service strategy, with end-to-end responsibility for operational excellence.

About the Ideal Candidate
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
  • Deep knowledge of Australian logistics networks, depot operations, and performance metrics.
  • Industrial relations and workforce planning experience in a unionised environment.
  • Proven ability to lead national operations and depot networks in a logistics or transport environment.
