Job Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise on a relief basis for the daily operations of the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and allocate tasks and activities of the team on shift
  • Act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries

About You:

  • A natural leader with exceptional customer service skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Able to deal with all levels of customer complaints

Requirements:

  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated high-level attention to detail
  • Cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKS
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
  • Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
  • Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
  • Clear performance management history for 12 months
