Relief Team Leader

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Relief Team Leader.

The successful applicant will report to a designated supervisor and oversee daily operations across various spaces, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of presentation, grooming, and customer care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated commitment to core values such as Exceptional Customer Service, Community Focus, Working Together, and Continuous Improvement
  • Managing daily operations in accordance with established standards
  • Monitoring staff performance and communicating feedback where required
  • Handling customer enquiries or complaints and escalating to a supervisor when necessary
  • Adhering to Work Health & Safety responsibilities
  • Promoting and monitoring a high standard of presentation, grooming, and customer care
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, preferably in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • RSA & RCG competency cards
  • A flexible approach to a varied roster, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
