Customer Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a relief shift supervisor. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high levels of service quality.

About the Role

This position involves supervising daily operations on a relief basis, organizing tasks and activities, and serving as a primary point of escalation for customer inquiries. About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations on a relief basis, including task allocation and team management
  • Serve as a primary point of escalation for customer inquiries, addressing complex issues with empathy and resolution
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to ensure seamless handovers and informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, foster open communication, and promote a positive team culture
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, promoting collaboration and mutual respect
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new technologies and processes
