Leadership Position: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to oversee daily operations and act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries.

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise on a relief basis for our Customer Service team, organising tasks and activities to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Act as key point of escalation for customer enquiries

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Ability to deal with all levels of customer complaints
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKS
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail
  • Cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check Clearance
  • Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
  • Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
  • Clear performance management history for 12 months
