Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent for contract and permanent roles
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Finite office
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, human resources, marketing)
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High energy levels and a strong desire to achieve business goals
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
