About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Career Transition Specialist. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in assisting individuals with disabilities, illnesses, injuries, or employment barriers to achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience.
  • Assist participants with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.
  • Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with participants to create job plans that support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
  • Provide training and other support services to increase participants' employability.
  • SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations.
