Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice on AWS services and acting as a single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts.

  • This is a strategic opportunity to build long-term relationships with key customers, understand their business needs and provide solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
  • You will work closely with customer stakeholders to evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized support strategies.
  • With your technical expertise and industry knowledge, you will be able to deliver tailored recommendations, implement process improvements, and ensure seamless execution of complex projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles such as Senior Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, IT Manager/Engineer.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Math, preferably from an accredited institution.
  • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies, including cloud computing, storage, networking, and security.
  • Solid understanding of technology budget management and financial analysis.
