About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acting as a single point of contact for Enterprise Accounts, understanding customers' outcomes and business goals, and making recommendations that fit with customer strategy and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with Enterprise Account stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Analyze operational performance and provide periodic reviews to customers, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize feature requests from customers.
  • Participate in meetings with customers to discuss project plans, progress, and any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of AWS services and technologies to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations.
  • Leverage key customer resolution tools to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns.
  • Plan and execute successful business-critical events, including product launches, migrations, and modernizations, for customers on AWS.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cloud computing and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
