Job Title: Cloud Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to cloud-based solutions, including Ubuntu and other open source technologies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert-level support through phone, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotations and contribute to knowledge base articles to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.
  • Understand the development process to set accurate expectations on timeline for fixes and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or an alternative chosen path.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience, including navigating stack traces and logs, advising on next steps, and understanding OS and application level bugs.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language.
  • Extensive customer support experience, prioritizing customer needs, communicating professionally, empathetically, and clearly setting expectations.
  • Ability to travel internationally for company events.
