Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bird Proofing Installer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality bird management solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable working at heights, and have the ability to handle birds with care. A valid Australian driver's license and eligibility to work full-time in Australia are also essential requirements for this position.
In addition to these skills, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients, possessing strong oral and written communication skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work autonomously, driving long distances as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect client premises thoroughly for any sign of bird infestations.
- Carry out measures as required to eliminate the pests.
- Identify sales leads in the region where possible.
- Build rapport with and communicate with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Use power tools to install hardware and various equipment.

Requirements:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
- Current and valid Australian driver's license.
- The ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- High-risk licence EWP - Mandatory.
- White Card Construction - mandatory.
- The ability to handle birds.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances.
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets.
- Ability to consistently work within both our client's and our safety parameters.
