Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and achievement of business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and geographic regions to prospect and win
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans to upskill team members
  • Manage and deliver sales versus budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities
  • Manage and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management
  • Cultivate a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
