As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across our bird management solutions. You will leverage your sales expertise to expand our market presence across Australia.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and prioritizing target accounts, industries, and geographic regions to prospect and win.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions.
  • Managing and delivering sales versus budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Managing and providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Developing and managing account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Cultivating a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
