Personal Banking Specialist

As a Personal Banking Specialist, you will contribute to regional growth through needs-based member contact. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service, provide timely and professional general advice, and manage ongoing relationships.
Main ResponsibilitiesYou will achieve growth targets in the following areas:
- Achieve consumer lending product growth.
- Identify home lending opportunities to refer to specialists or managers.
- Promote new memberships.
- Offer general insurance solutions.
- Refer customers for RSA services.
- Contribute to deposit growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and effective branch operations.
