We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in the ACT region. As the face of mobile banking, you will play a key role in proactively growing the home lending portfolio and providing a seamless end-to-end banking experience.

About You:

  • You have strong retail lending experience and a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market within your regions.
  • You possess the skill and ability to create new opportunities, convert leads, and manage your pipeline.
  • You have the natural ability to easily build and maintain relationships through business development with customers and within the local community.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively grow the home lending portfolio by identifying new business opportunities within the local community.
  • Provide sound specialist mortgage advice and ensure customers have the support they need to make one of the most exciting purchases they'll ever make - their home.
  • Offer a seamless end-to-end banking experience while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:
