FIAT Channels Strategy Lead

Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, seeks a skilled professional to lead our Corporate FIAT Channels Growth strategy.
Our ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end fiat currency operations for large corporation organizations and US Dollar trading management. They will be responsible for onboarding new corporate clients, managing relationships with existing payment partners, and designing and maintaining relationship/performance of Fiat payment channels.
The successful candidate will contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to Fiat operations and support data growth strategies. Key performance metrics related to full Fiat operations will be managed by this individual, including ability to identify operational inefficiencies and user friction points without relying on detailed guidance.
Requirements include strong ownership mindset, ability to design and execute data-driven optimization initiatives, and bilingual English and Chinese language skills to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
