Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Change Champion. As a Change Champion, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced professionals, carrying out duties that complement therapy programs and bring life-changing experiences to participants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging participants using empathetic nature to model components of a new routine or skill
  • Providing prompting when needed, while working within the scope of the role and respecting boundaries

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instruction and respect scope of practice boundaries
  • Consistently maintained clear focus on the goals and outcomes of our participants
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Working rights in Australia

This is a permanent part-time position requiring 24 hours per week across four days, offering flexibility and control of working hours to ensure a true work-life balance.
