**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Experience in FP&A, business partnering, or demand co-piloting ideally at a FMCG or CPG business.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial decisions
- Energy, curiosity, and a love for making the complex clearFluency in financial systems (SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive) is a plus
- **What will be your key responsibilities?**
- **Be the Co-Pilot**:

- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the APAC Business Director and local leaders to drive performance. You'll support bold decisions with sharp insights and deliver on today's plan while shaping tomorrow's ambition.
- **Decode the Drivers**:

- Turn data into decisions. From price, mix, and volume to innovation launches and trade investment — your analysis helps explain the "why" behind the "what."
- **Lead the Region, Influence the Global**:

- Work in lockstep with Champion Global FP&A, providing clear commentary and recommendations to feed into our global strategy. You'll align regional targets, deliver forecasts, and help drive our finance cycles.
- **Forecast, Plan, Repeat, Refine**:

- Own the forecasting rhythm across APAC. Bring together market realities, distributor inputs, and category insights to shape a reliable outlook — and help close the gap between ambition and action.
- **Build for the Long Term**:

- Shape the 10-year transformation P&L. You'll help assess distribution integration, build ROI models, and turn strategic levers into financial roadmaps.
- **Partner Through Change**:

- Play a lead role during distribution integrations — defining demand systems, shaping policies, and ensuring we're set up to go-direct with excellence.
