Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient night audit process and guest profile management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Front Office, handling guest queries and checking-in/out guests efficiently.
  • Assist in auditing paperwork as directed by the Night Manager.
  • Handle guest inquiries, internal guest feedback, and emergencies within the hotel, supporting senior management.
  • Take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests overnight.
Requirements:
  • Passion for hospitality and desire to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong service recovery skills.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
