Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Transport guests’ luggage to and from rooms
  • Ensure all guest luggage is labelled correctly and maintain a clean and organized porters’ lodge
  • Support the front office team with check-ins and outs
  • Efficiently manage guest requests using a hotel buggy or bicycle

  • Excellent personal presentation
  • A natural desire to help others and exceed expectations
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An innovative approach with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility in attitude, approach, and working hours (including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays)
  • Good physical fitness, as this role involves manual handling
  • A valid UK driving licence is required
