Principal Infrastructure Development Specialist

As a Senior Engineer at AECOM, you will be part of a global team developing innovative engineering solutions for complex infrastructure projects. We are seeking a skilled Bridges & Structures Engineer to contribute to deliverables, supervise junior engineers, and work on analysis and design solutions for bridges and other structures.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inspection and assessment of existing structures, development of analysis and design solutions, and exposure to construction-related activities. Relevant skillsets include the ability to work independently, exercise sound engineering judgment, plan and organize tasks, and collaborate within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deliverables such as factual condition investigation reports and design documentation
- Supervise junior engineers and select appropriate techniques, procedures, and methods
- Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions, identifying constraints, opportunities, and buildability issues
- Plan and organize tasks, people, project programs, and fee proposals
- Develop analysis using software such as SpaceGass, Midas, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, LUSAS, or similar
- Engage in the creative and innovative development of engineering technology and continuous improvement systems
- Collaborate within a team environment and communicate concepts/ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
