About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Support Officer to join our team at Transport for NSW. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality business and administrative services to support the achievement of safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional business support to the team, including administrative and business services, reporting responsibilities, governance tools, human resource process support, and managing records, systems, and databases.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a range of portfolio management and support services, including maintaining service request documentation and implementing governance tools, processes, and systems to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality advisory services.
- Develop and implement improvements to the team, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and taking initiative to drive positive change.
About You
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in providing functional business support, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite, and the ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes. You will be highly adaptable, organised, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
