Mental Health Recovery Worker

">As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental illness to live the life they choose. You will work alongside customers with varying support needs to provide tailored person-centered services and activities of their choice.

- Work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement personalized care plans.">
- Assist customers in accessing community resources and services.">
- Contribute to a supportive team environment that prioritizes customer well-being.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or relevant qualifications.">
- Relevant experience in mental health community support.">
- NDIS experience.">
- A proven capacity to deal with challenging issues.">
- A genuine commitment to working with people experiencing mental illness.">
- Highly developed innovative and creative thinking abilities, problem solving abilities, compassion, empathy and professionalism.">
- Ability to be resourceful, creative and adaptable within role boundaries.">
- Understanding of the person-centred approach.">
- Confidentiality and diversity awareness.">
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently comfortably.">
- Effective listening skills and ability to share practical information in an appropriate and respectful manner.">
- A safety first approach for yourself and the client.">
- Strong administrative skills (Microsoft packages, word processing, email and internet).">
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.">
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate.">
